RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

At Nature's Healing Exchange LLC, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality natural healing products and services. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to safety and hygiene, we maintain an 'All Sales Are Final' policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and ensure the safety of our customers, as many of our offerings are consumable or personal care items.

Exceptions to the Policy

While all sales are final, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with detailed photographs and a description of the issue at support@natureshealingexchange.com. We will assess these on a case-by-case basis and strive to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or credit for future purchases. This does not guarantee a refund or exchange, and any decision made by Nature's Healing Exchange LLC in this regard is final.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been processed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly by contacting us at support@natureshealingexchange.com. Once an order is processed, we cannot accommodate cancellations as the order will be deemed final.
